Over at The Herd Annex, the house is built in an open floor plan.  That makes the perfect circle for Tartok and Ruby to patrol the kitchen, dining room and den.

Tartok

Tartok has the counter clockwise path going.

Ruby

Ruby has the clockwise circle (notice Tartok's tail disappearing in the background).

  1. Well, speaking from experience(Ayla sez), if you both go in the same direction, you might miss something, but if you go in opposite directions, NOTHING can get by you, and you can alert each other if somebody drops something somewhere!

  2. BOL! My girlz have this down PAT!! They always catch anything that is dropped!!

  3. Isn’t that the way sentries in the movies do it, each go an opposite direction, then when they meet declare their territory free of danger!

  6. Very good doggie survelance investigators. Covering every exit and entrance, Like True Professionals They are a team of Furry Investigators;)

Nothing can slip by them. I just wonder what it is they are looking for? Only They Know!

  7. Patrolling the perimeter in two directions makes it harder for evil perpetrators to sneak up behind you …

  8. And what happens when the two cross paths? Do they each check the other out to see if they missed anything?

  9. Gotta make sure you have it all covered
