Saturday morning, we loaded the dogs into their seat belts in the Jeep for a day of adventure, but then the hu-dad had to go back inside the house for something he forgot. Rusty’s look sums up The Herd’s reaction to the delay.

Rusty - Put the camera down and let's go.
Gee dad, way to delay the fun

Rusty looks a little miffed, but that’s understandable. How could hu-dad be so insensitive?! :0)
Have a great day!
BOL, Rusty is the most outspoken one!
Hey, Come on, DAD!!!
You have to remember the only thing the humans have going for them are their opposable thumbs. a little patience, please!
No kidding. Every hu-dad should know better than to leave the pack waiting.
)))
Rusty: And be quick about it too! Let’s roll!!!
Ha ha ha! Treat used to nip hubby in the seat of the pants for that very same infraction. No sooner would we all get to the door then he’d remember that either his wallet or checkbook was still in the bedroom. I’d hear “snap, snap” followed by “dammit, Treat!” It never ceased to amuse me!
Oh, that’s a classic face!
What could possibly be important enough to make you wait? Hopefully it was the treat bag.
Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
ooooh, I know that look…..
The hu-dad should have let you all back out again. Honestly. Like you didn’t all have things to do as well.
How dare you make them wait?
Sorry we’ve been MIA…I’ve been having lots of wrist pain, and finally got a cortisone shot Friday…I’ll enjoy the relief while it lasts!
Hugs and belly rubs to pups!

Awww…c’mon Dad!!!
Hope your day was a fun one!
Human behavior can be SO confusing, at any age!
Just wanted to thank you for your comment and insights about your dad the other day. It was really helpful to get your perspective and to understand more about the fighting ladies!
Mimi
