Saturday morning, we loaded the dogs into their seat belts in the Jeep for a day of adventure, but then the hu-dad had to go back inside the house for something he forgot. Rusty’s look sums up The Herd’s reaction to the delay.

Ha ha ha! Treat used to nip hubby in the seat of the pants for that very same infraction. No sooner would we all get to the door then he’d remember that either his wallet or checkbook was still in the bedroom. I’d hear “snap, snap” followed by “dammit, Treat!” It never ceased to amuse me!
