Ruby is always getting a bad rap for her counter surfing skills (which are quite good), but she has become quite well behaved during meal time. Note that this is during dinner.  Way to go Rubester!

    hey man, i’m cheerin’ for the other team… just ‘cuz!

    and besides, i personally think she’s just strategizing, waiting for that perfect moment when…. hey where did my olive bread go? I’m way over here in Europe and I could have sworn I saw a beautiful red head flash in and out of here… man, she’s got some mad skillz!

    Agree with Wild Dingo–She is lulling y’all into a sense of complacency so you’ll forget about the roast or melon you left unattended. Then she’ll POUNCE!

    Ciara seems to have mellowed a lot too – Mom is almost ready to give her plants on the deck a chance to be put on the floor:)

    Poor Ruby, she looks a little depressed, like the humans have defeated her …….. NOT!!!!! As everyone above has said, when the humans least expect it the counter will be hers.

    Wow, Kiska looks so gorgeous in the last couple of posts. As for Sarge’s Dog Walk, I posted about it today. Finally, I must say, I doubt Ruby stopped the surfing on her own. You are going to have to share the secret of your training with my mom.
