Friday Scenery

It is the start to another great weekend and the weather is supposed to be perfect – if you are a Siberian Husky (cold, windy, snowy – awesome!).  So we thought we would share a few scenes from around where we live to kick off our weekend.

Driving into Maggie Valley

Looking up at Cataloochee Ranch from our road

Looking the other way on the road at the ranch (over 1000 acres at the ranch)

Another view of our regular walking road

But the best scenery is here

And here. Don't you agree?

But of course! It’s been a decent winter for snow on the east coast. Many happy Sibes. :)

Hi Guys! Thanks for coming over to visit me! I had to giggle at your comment – especially when I arrived and saw your banner picture – I don’t think you’d have ANY problem in a dog park, if you all arrive together!

Wow – you live in a really beautiful place! The scenery is just gorgeous.

    Slobbers,

I bet it’s really nice and peaceful where you live. All I ever hear are cars and buses. The only fresh air is in the morning… You guys are lucky!

I suspect a flock of dogs are going to be swooning over some pantyloons this morning! You do have some lovely scenery there!

I am sooo jealous. That snow looks like fun. I have never seen snow & I am turning 2 on the 15th. A sibe that has never been in the snow can u believe it…..should be a law.

    snow deprived sibe,

That’s what it looks like where I live too, minus all the mountains. We have some, but not that many!

The sky looks so blue against the white–gorgeous! The herd looks like they enjoy their walk so much. They have a definite configuration, don’t they?

Absolutely, that is great scenery. An even better scene is Rusty, pushing you along the road with the other pups in front. Thats always a favorite!

What a beautiful place….it makes my Mom miss West Virginia. The deciduous forest all covered in snow. Your neck of the woods is supposed to be getting quite a bit of the white stuff this weekend huh! Glad it’s for you and not me. ;)

Goodness yes, fluffy dog tails are the best scenery. For some reason, human mom likes the others, with the trees and mountains and stuff. Silly.

You have lovely scenery but mum says it makes her feel cold and reminds her of being in the Arctic circle in 2008. I like to see all your fluffy tails.
