Outtakes

We really like our header picture, but we have been using it for quite some time.  Taking advantage of our snowfall, we decided to try and get some pictures of The Herd walking in the snow for a new header picture.  Simple, right?  One person running backwards in the snow taking pictures while another walks The Herd.  What could possibly go wrong?  Lean back and enjoy (you can click on any of them to get the full, big effect):

Great shots! If you scroll through fast, it’s like a little movie on it’s own! Fun walkie!

What’s wrong with them? They are all great – our favorite is the one with the bookends doing the weird thing with their heads. We suggest you make your header into a collage of all the best. You have done much better with six than Mom can ever do with just two.

    Woos, the OP Pack

Pee Ess, Hope you enjoyed Survivor as much as the Momster did:)

Oh most excellent! Making sure the humans have to take many, many pictures to find one they consider usable. But seriously, such an attractive herd you are.

Those photos much better represent how I visualize walking 6 huskies would be! The amazing thing, to my eye, is that Rusty is very cooperative. One funny head tilt was the extent of his mischief. Wow, Rusty, you let an amazing opportunity pass you by!!!!

Many chuckles from Colorado! (And, btw, I sent you an email at ‘contact us’, explaining something mysterious in my blog that you asked about).

I think some of these would make a great header pic! It’s great to see them in their element!

Those are all great shots! Qannik looks amused to me, isn’t that a big ol’ playbow? Maybe woo just snapped at just the right moment.

We like them. We sure wish we could have gotten a video of both the dog walker and the camera person. Now that would probably be in the funniest video’s.. Mom can’t even get a good picture of all three of us much less 6…

I love ‘em! Why don’t you tether them all to ONE spot so they fan out, but then walk in front of them and hold a steak out… so they all point their heads forward for the shot? Ok, you see i have some experience with this… LOL! i can just see that poor tether line now… and herd paws and fur flying…

You guys are hilarious! I thought ALL of them would make great headings, especially the one with the crazy head turns!

I think you got some good shots, especially considering you were trying to capture all 6. I can’t get my 3 to cooperate!
Can’t wait to see the others.
Hugs and belly rubs to all the very photogenic pups,

I am woofing with laughter! Or should I say howling? You dogs are so funny and the pictures are excellent representations of snow dogs being snow dogs in the snow! My favorite is Queen Natasha the Evil striking, and how Qannik gives her a ‘what for’ right back! Keep up the great work pups!

What a rare bunch. You questioned Kiska needing a bath, but she is really one of the smartest ones to keep her distance and stay out of trouble, especially with Quannik and the Evil Queen handy.

I can’t wait to vote on this bunch. So why was it you thought you needed a new header?

    Kisses,
