Otter could not be a more appropriate name because of her incredible fondness for water. Since the weather was a little warm here this weekend, she decided she needed to cool off a little. Here is the result:
Hey, Dad, I washed the window for you
Even mopped the floor
Might need a little help mopping up the excess water though.
Oh, and Kodiak would like the water bucket refilled.

Update – 9 a.m. – Our deepest condolences to the humans of Dakota Moon Twenty. Despite all of the love a human has to offer, Dakota was called North of the Rainbow Bridge last night. We share your pain.

I think that Cheoah is part Labrador! Trying to hop into the water bowl, and slopping water everywhere, is a famous Labrador trick. Particularly a Labrador Puppy trick!
I love that Cheoah’s name accidentally is “otter”. Perfect.
That’s why Mom won’t put more than one inch of water into my bowl at once. Too many puddles.

We feel furry lukhky to have met Dakota several weeks ago -
She’ll be furry missed but we all know she lives on ‘here’ with us!
