Big Ridge State Park

Rusty would like to tell you about our adventures yesterday in his most wise pose.

Rusty

Cheoah would like to be clear that Rusty – her neighbor in the loft of the S-RV – is not wanting anything except his dinner, which is why he was sitting like that and acting so mannerly.

Anyway, we went to Big Ridge State Park north of Knoxville, TN and will probably stay there again tonight – not that we really put much planning into these adventures.  But we hiked one of the trails in the park and came to this view:

Norris Lake

Seems pretty worth it to return and try some more of the park’s trails, but the weather is not looking like it will cooperate.  Forecasts are calling for up to an inch of rain tonight, so we might be doing our best to stay warm and dry.

We’ve decided that the only worthwhile precipitation is snow. Rain is incredibly annoying to any self respecting Siberian. We hope you find a very comfy, dry, and warm hotel room! Nice view though.

Staying warm and dry is very important. You all can come and share my big bed if you like.

Gorgeous walking area, guys! Spart Tart couldn’t help but admire how beautiful Cheoah is looking in her house. In fact, Spart Tart thought she was looking in a mirror for a second. It’s nice to have family across the nation. Thanks for sharing your adventures.
